All orders are shipped discreetly from within the European Union in plain, secure packaging – no cannabis-related branding or content on the outside.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: €4.90 (2–4 business days)
• European Union: €9.90 (3–7 business days)
• Free shipping: Orders over €75 (EU only)

Handling Time

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a tracking number once the package is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened seed packs.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll review your case and offer a refund or replacement if applicable.

Important: We do not offer refunds for seeds confiscated by customs if your local laws prohibit seed importation. Please check your country’s laws before ordering.
